Cute and wicked concept. I think the background could have used some dimension to make the cute-ant look more 'lifelike' I think the plain-ish background detracts from your drawing,

Looks great, I like your use of gradient and cell shading. Looks like Dr.Robotnik from Sonic the Hedgehog.

cell shading? This is traditional art.. lol what do you know I did use DR. Robtnik design a bit and made it my own .

I do get a sense of angst when looking at this picture, it definitely elicits an emotion from the viewer. Great work.

I'm happy to hear it :) I suppose that for most people fear feels the same, just the way of expressing it differs, paintings, songs, poems, funny how completely different media can express the same feeling.

I like the textures you've used in this painting. The reflection in the eye is nicely done as well.
